The common area provided space to gather. This was acceptable.
Air conditioning barely functioned during our summer stay. The rooms were hot and stuffy. Proper ventilation was absent. It felt suffocating.

poor climate controlstale croissants
The room lacked proper climate control (I think it was broken, but who knows). It became quite stuffy and warm at night. the breakfast buffet was a bit underwhelming. The croissants tasted kind of stale, like they'd been sitting out for a while. I also noticed that some cutlery at breakfast wasn't clean. It made me question the overall hygiene.

good stay overall
friendly staffnice locationwarm room
i find location near famous landmarks and transport satisfactory. staff was friendly, it a plus. the only problem we had the ac, the room felt warm, even we left it on whole day to cool the room. we also only got one pillow per person.
the room had no ac, despite its description claimed it had it. our room was too hot and the window wouldn't open. it was too hot so i find it hard to sleep.

breakfast offered a buffet style continental selection, it had bacon, eggs, beans, and many croissants, this a good start to the day. coffee good too, it keeps you awake. a lot of choices available.

the hotel includes a gym, though i didn't have time to check, it offers workout options. the sauna presents a good relaxing after a day of sightseeing. the arcade games provide entertainment, especially kids, good addition for a leisure stay.

the staff demonstrated friendliness, which help a lot . they are responsive. the staff was approachable, a good feeling when you're in a new place.
